I have been a resident of Cortina for 3 years, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I love my apartment and ... the community, I have friendly neighbors, and the amenities are the best in the area. The management and staff are wonderful and accommodating. I also must mention David in Maintenance, who always goes above and beyond for residents and is quick to resolve any and all maintenance issues.
